Operations & Facility Assistant
About the Role:
As a Float Facilitator / Maintenance Tech, you'll play a vital role in keeping our space running smoothly, cleanly, and calmly. We’re looking for problem solvers who aren’t afraid to get their hands wet—literally. From lifting heavy water treatment supplies to ensuring pool and float tank cleanliness and safety.
This is not a desk job. It’s physical, fast-paced, and requires a sharp eye for detail—balanced with the ability to create a peaceful, welcoming environment for our guests.
What We're Looking For:
This position is ideal for someone who is:
Able to lift and carry 50-pound bags of salt
Comfortable standing and moving for most of a 6–8 hour shift
Calm, professional, and grounded—especially under pressure
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
Interested in wellness, floating, or holistic health practices
Bonus Points For:
CPO Certification or pool/water chemistry experience
Prior experience in spa, hospitality, or facilities maintenance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with cleaning staff throughout the day
Maintain proper water chemistry and filtration systems
Perform daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning maintenance tasks
Assist with general janitorial duties throughout the space
Greet guests, check them in, and guide them through their visit
Book appointments, answer phones, and respond to emails
Restock inventory and manage supply ordering
Educate clients on float therapy and other spa offerings

Cleaning Personnel
What We’re Looking For:
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (salt bags, laundry bins, etc.)
Comfortable being on their feet for 6–8 hours, moving and cleaning constantly
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
Calm, grounded, and takes pride in creating a serene space
Respectful of guests’ privacy and able to work quietly and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Experience with spa, gym, janitorial, or hospitality cleaning
Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and sanitation protocols
CPO Certification or pool/spa water maintenance experience
Interest in wellness, floating, or holistic health environments
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and reset float rooms, saunas, showers, and relaxation areas
Perform regular laundry duties and ensure towels, robes, and linens are stocked
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, floors, and high-touch areas
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities
Support overall spa upkeep and report maintenance issues as needed
Follow strict cleaning protocols to uphold sanitation and guest safety
