Last October, we closed our doors to begin the next chapter of Weightless in a brand-new location.
Yes, we’re still closed— but we are ready to share more very soon!
In the meantime, we’ve put together a few FAQs to answer your most common questions:
WHEN are you reopening?
We wish we had a firm date— but final inspections and city approvals have been unpredictable. We’ve learned the hard way not to announce a grand opening until it’s truly grand opening time.
What we can say: construction is moving quickly now, and we’re almost there. As soon as we have a confirmed opening date, you’ll be the first to know.
Where’s the new location?
It’s close! Just minutes from our original location and still right in the heart of Louisville. We’ll be revealing it very soon — and trust us, it’s worth the wait.
I called but couldn’t reach anyone — what’s up?
To scale down during our closure, we’ve temporarily shut off the phone line. But we’re still here! The best way to reach us is via email, and we’ll respond as quickly as we can. Please bear with us.
Let’s Talk Credits, Gift Cards, and Memberships
To ensure we can honor your credits during our closure, we need to keep them active in our system. If you received an email saying your credits are expiring—don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Read more below:
What happened to my expired gift card or credit?
We’re honoring all gift cards, class packs, and float credits that expired during our closure — no questions asked. We know some of you may be receiving automated messages about expiring credits, but don’t worry, those credits aren’t lost. We’ll gladly reinstate any that expired during our closure once we reopen.
That said, to keep things sustainable for our small business, we’ll be offering a limited grace period after we reopen for redeeming any expired credits. Just check in with us during that window, and we’ll happily reinstate them. We will do our best to accommodate everyone as best we can.
I was a member before the closure — what about my credits?
We’ve got you.
So if you had a float or two banked, don’t worry — they’ll be waiting for you. You should’ve received information on this in an email.
What if I kept my membership active during the closure?
First off — thank you. Truly. Your support helped us keep going through the toughest stretch. You should’ve received all your information on credits via email.
Can I restart or join as a new member now?
We’d love that. Memberships will resume once we reopen — and there may even be some reopening specials. Sign up for our newsletter below and we’ll make sure you don’t miss out.
Why did you move?
We outgrew our old space, and this new location gives us the room (and vibe) to offer so much more. We’re bringing back all the things you loved — plus more privacy, more accommodations, new services, new float tanks, massage offerings, and more!
Will you offer the same services?
Yes — and then some. We’re still your float center, but we’re also evolving into a full bathhouse and modern wellness space, with a blend of float, sauna, spa, and bathhouse
