The Experience

Your two hour visit includes access to the Weightless Bathhouse area only. Enjoy our Hot Tub, Steam Room, Sauna and Cold Plunge. Individual contrast sessions are available in our private contrast room and can be booked online soon. 

The circuit is a self-guided ritual of hot, cold, and rest. There's no schedule to keep and no wrong order. Move at your own pace and let your body tell you what it needs next.

  • Arrive 15 Min Early. We'll get you settled with a locker, robe, towel, and slippers. Locker areas are gendered, with private changing rooms so everyone can get ready comfortably.

  • Rinse. Start with a thorough soap shower in one of our private stalls before entering the circuit. It keeps the water clean for everyone and is required by state health regulations.

  • Soak. Ease into the thermal pool and let the warm water take the weight off. Float, stretch, or simply be still while your body warms up and your mind slows down.

  • Heat. Move to the dry sauna or steam room and let the warmth loosen your muscles and deepen your breathing. Sit on your towel, and step out whenever you've had enough.

  • Cool. Rinse off, then step into the cold pool. Even a quick dip wakes up your whole system. Breathe slowly and ease in.

  • Rest. Find a lounger, sip tea or water, or order something from the café. This pause is where the benefits settle in, so don't skip it.

  • Repeat. Most guests complete two to three rounds. Try the sauna one round and the steam room the next, and flow through the stations so there's room for everyone.

The baths are a shared, co-ed space kept at a whisper. Come solo, or with a partner or friend, and enjoy the quiet together.

Bathhouse Etiquette:

To ensure everyone enjoys the full benefits of the baths, please observe the following guidelines:

Rules & Policies

  1. 18 and over. No exceptions.

  2. Swimwear is required at all times. The baths are co-ed.

  3. Whispers only. If our team reminds you, please take it kindly.

  4. Phones and devices stay in your locker, silenced.

  5. No alcohol, smoking, vaping, cannabis, or drugs. Guests who arrive under the influence will be turned away.

  6. No outside food or drinks. The café has you covered.

  7. Not for use during pregnancy. The baths are not available at any stage of pregnancy.

  8. Keep it respectful. Sexual behavior and excessive displays of affection are not allowed. Inappropriate conduct toward staff or guests means immediate removal without refund.

  9. Follow posted instructions and staff guidance. They're there for your safety.

  10. Cancellations. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows are charged in full.
