Arrive and fill out your sauna wavier if you have not already done it online, or if you have not used our infrared saunas before.
We'll show you to your sauna room, give you some brief instructions on our saunas' operation, and highlight our rooms amenities including a robe, water, towels, yoga mat, and essential oil diffuser.
Change into your clothes for sauna, a robe provided, or simply undress and sit on a towel in the sauna.
You may, at any point step out of the sauna to stretch, drink some water, or breathe our selected essential oil blend **if at any time you feel light headed or faint step out immediately, if the sauna becomes too hot either open the roof vent or simply open the sauna door**
When your sauna session is over: step out, cool off, change, and enjoy our lounge, yoga studio, or, if you have booked a massage, make your way to your massage room.
